This hotel included a splash park area and various pools of different depths. i saw staff maintaining the cleanliness of the area. many games occurred in the pool, like aqua aerobics and volleyball. Those activities were entertaining. the hotel offered many options that suited all kids.

the receptionist from the uk was helpful and patient, i forgot her name! when we left very early at 3am staff even offered to open the dinner room. we were allowed to eat and grab a coffee before leaving.

breakfast was tasty and changed daily. i saw pancakes, waffles, and breakfast toasties available. there was a great egg station offering omelettes, scrambled, and fried eggs! dinner also had many options that catered to my family.

The reception staff was really helpful. my room overlooked the splash park. It was spacious. i liked the pool area. There were always plenty of sunbeds. the card system for cups helped keep the pool area clean.
the all-inclusive drinks tasted a bit flat, like carbonated water. it wasn't a big deal, but noticeable

the hotel is close to a nice beach and a promenade, which are about 10 minutes away. i liked that it was easy to walk there and spend time by the sea. the area felt safe and accessible.

the splash park offered great fun for the children. i observed the pool had enough sunbeds. no rush was needed to secure a spot. the apartment size was sufficient. we had a separate living area. the cleaners made the room super clean every day. i appreciated this detail.
